Need some fun ideas for the day?

I don't know about you, but my days are pretty full.  When I have down time or need new ideas I head over to Pinterest.  If you haven't heard of it, I'd call it Photo-Networking.  Tons of pics, searchable, but I love to just browse.  Hit a category and just look around.

Things like this:
This is a quilt I made and pinned on Pinterest:

I have such a wide interest area, I quilt, sew (you name it), craft, amateur photography, SoftBums, archery, garden, and you name it around the house-I fix it.  I honestly never thought cloth diapers would make it into the list of things I am interested in.  My son goes to a play group (since he doesn't have much social time because he isn't in daycare) and the education teacher pins on the board all the time, great new education ideas for kids!  I LOVE IT!  Pinterest is also a fun way to look at new diapers out there, new ideas, prints, and what is new in the industry and what people like.

I think I need to talk to the owners about this!  SO CUTE!

My favorite time, disputed by my husband, to browse is lying in bed, just before I go to sleep.  It's a nice way to wind down--although sometimes it backfires and I get all excited to try something the next day-it gets me ready to sleep.

Last night, browsing my favorite, DIY & Crafts board I came across a couple things I thought I would share!

We all know, spending time with our kids while they actually want to spend time with us is limited.  There will be a day before long when we won't be so cool.  Right now, we have the opportunity to soak up all the time we can....  These are on my official to do list:

101 Activities for toddlers

Play based learning

So, if you need a fun way to spend your day today.  Check out some of my ideas or go to Pinterest and find some fun ideas of your own!

For us, we are off to the Train Museum--I will post pictures!
